Samuel L. Rozran (a name utilized by only his mother and the government) or “Sam” to literally everyone else… is our firm’s newest associate attorney. While he is new to our family, he is no stranger to the legal profession—having spent the first seven years of his legal career doing what we have hired him to do, advocating for victims of automobile accidents and workers hurt on the job by taking on the large insurance companies.
Sam is a problem solver for his clients and takes pride in the work he is hired to perform. He believes the tenants of a great attorney are availability, compassion, and preparation. Sam bucks the lawyer stereotype for never answering or returning calls. He provides his clients with all his personal contact information and makes himself available virtually any time (just ask his wife). Sam often jokes, “no one ever calls [him] when something good happens,” and as a plaintiff’s attorney, that is often true. However, his objective at that moment is to abate any and all stress and angst a new client may have from their injuries and have to communicate with an insurance company. To an onlooker, a car accident may seem common; however, Sam knows it can be a life-changing event for the person in that vehicle, and for that reason, every case in his office is provided with the same respect and reverence.
Sam was born and raised in Southern Maryland and now resides in Annapolis with his wife, their 2-year-old daughter, a black lab named Ethal, and a fish named George.
