William Hardy is one of the firm’s new attorneys. He worked for 5 years as a paralegal at our firm handling workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, and assisting in medical malpractice cases before going to law school. While attending law school part-time, he gained 3.5 years of experience working as an insurance defense adjuster with State Farm. William takes his knowledge of the insurance industry and uses that experience to his advantage to fight insurance on behalf of injured victims.
William prides himself on hard work and doing the best for his clients. William strives to be available when his clients need him, ensuring that they are informed, supported, and confident throughout their case. William understands that providing clients with transparency with respect to their case is essential for a great attorney-client relationship.
In the end, William wants every client to feel that they are treated with dignity and respect while advocating on their behalf. He believes hard work, remaining approachable, and understanding the client’s story are the most effective methods for legal representation and success.
William is a son of Prince George’s County, Maryland, where he grew up and attended Charles Herbert Flowers High School.
