Brian Timian is an active contributor to the legal community. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Prince George’s County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
His practice areas are litigation and trial work, and he has appeared in nearly every court in Maryland on behalf of his clients for more than 20 years. His experience includes trial work in the District and Circuit Courts of nearly every county in Maryland, as well as the Federal Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Brian has focused his practice on personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense for 20 years. Brian prides himself on providing personal attention and contact with his clients to make sure they remain involved in their own cases. He has never lost track of the fact that each client’s case is the most important case to that person, and he strives to fulfill that obligation. Brian will fight to make sure every case is handled to the satisfaction of the client and go to Trial whenever necessary to obtain a fair result.
Brian earned a degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Brian is a member of numerous bar associations and he is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Brian is a lifelong resident of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area and currently lives in suburban Maryland with his family.
