Aminah Muhammad is a litigation attorney who is devoted to advocating for her clients through all stages of litigation.
Before joining the firm, Aminah worked with the CIA and Department of State as a consultant. She also worked as a pre-litigation attorney at a local firm, assisting with family law, business law, employment law, and personal injury.
Aminah received her law degree at American University Washington College of Law. While at American, Aminah worked as a student attorney, where she zealously represented clients in the District of Columbiacourts. While studying, Aminah also participated in transactional law and alternative dispute resolution competitions. She also served on the regional and national board of the Black Law Students Association.
Aminah always felt the urge to devote her time, energy, and practice of law to those who are in need. This drive led her to join Timian & Fawcett in 2022 to focus on helping those who are injured and are in need of an advocate to fight for their justice.
