DWI/DUI Defense

Once you are charged with Driving While Intoxicated (“DWI”) or Driving Under the Influence (“DUI”), it is important to discuss your legal matter with an experienced attorney. The charges you face are serious and should not be taken lightly. In addition to significant fines, you could be subject to points and the possibility of incarceration.

It is important to note that a person arrested for a DUI or DWI will face two hearings. One with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to address what will happen to one’s driving privileges and a criminal case to address jail time and other penalties.

Traffic Violation Defense

Traffic offenses do not often result in jail time, however, almost all traffic offenses carry the potential for a hefty fine and points on your license.

Some of the most serious traffic offenses include:

  • Driving with a suspended (or revoked) license
  • Vehicular Manslaughter
